[Purpose of experiment]
Would it be delicious to make Margherita pizza in the oven at home without a fire pit?

[Ingredients] For 2 people
-dough
175g water
250g flour
2.5g salt
3.5g dry yeast

pizza
Tomato sauce 320g
1 bag of fresh mozzarella cheese (125g)
basil
olive oil
Parmesan cheese (it’s okay without it)

[Experimental process]
-Making dough
1. Dissolve 3.5g of dry yeast in 175g of water and leave for a while.
2. Add flour and salt to the bowl and mix.
3. Add the yeast water to the flour and knead using a silicone spatula.
4. Once mixed properly, place it on a floured work surface.
5. Knead the dough as if rolling it out, then ball it up and cut it in half.
6. Shape the cut dough into balls and ferment at room temperature for 2 hours.
7. After 2 hours, place the fermented dough on the work surface and spread it by pressing it with your hands.
8. When the dough is sufficiently wide, transfer it to a pizza pan and spread it out.

-Making Pizza
9. Apply about 160g of tomato sauce on the spread dough.
10. Sprinkle some olive oil on top of the tomato sauce.
11. Slice half of fresh mozzarella cheese and top.
(You can tear it off with your hands and put it on.)
12. Tear off the basil leaves and place them next to the cheese.
13. If you have Parmesan cheese, grate it and sprinkle it on top.
14. Sprinkle some olive oil on top again.
15. Bake in a preheated oven at 220℃ for 7 minutes.
16. Delicious Margherita Pizza completed
