Hand crank grinder sickle blade sharpener - International Chicago USA 1901-1912.
A collegue found this hand grinder in his barn and gave to me to restore it.At that moment I thought its a simple hand crank grinder and after I search on the internet about it I found out its a sickle blade sharpener for an old sickle mower.Then I discovered that has some important missing parts such us the cogwheel from under the gear handle that makes the grinder go up and down and the second is the grinding stone that you saw in the picture from the video. Couldnt found the missing parts so I decided to make it as a crank grinder.
