Here's a serious exercise for you to make sure you know your triads all over the fretboard, as well as learning the notes of the fretboard at the same time.

Here's the link to the PDF and backing tracks https://www.patreon.com/danharemusic/...

The exercise is in B Major and we're playing the triads of the major scale.
On one string set, you're going to play all the triads of the major scale in root position. Ascending up the scale and then descending.

On the same string set you'll then play the triads in 1st Inversion. And finally you'll play them in all in 2nd Inversion.

You then move on to the next string set and repeat. There's 4 string sets in all.

There's also a backing track at various tempos playing the bass note just to fatten the sound up a little and provide some context. However, this exercise is really about building up an understanding of the notes and triads rather than some sort of speed challenge.
