Hello everyone, today I offer my recipe for vegetarian steak or minced steak if you prefer. A quick and easy recipe that will give you 16 steaks. You can split the ingredients if it's too much for you, but be aware that you can freeze them cooked without difficulty. Want to eat less meat? See more at all? This recipe is for you. Ingredients for 16 minced steaks:
-250 gr of white beans
-250 red beans
-80 gr of flour
-50 gr of breadcrumbs
-90 gr of cooked mushrooms
-40 gr of tomato coulis
-130 gr of potatoes
-1 egg
-a pinch of coriander
-1 C. to c. garlic, 1 tsp. to c. thyme, 1 tsp. to s. parsley, 1 pinch of savory, 2 pinches of curry, 1 tsp. to s. from -paprika
-60 gr of beetroot
-60 gr of cooked lentils
3 c. to s. cornstarch

Preparation of the recipe :
Put 250 gr of white beans in a food processor
Add 250 kidney beans
Add 40 gr of flour
Add 50 gr of breadcrumbs
Add 90 gr of cooked mushrooms
Add 40 gr of tomato coulis
Add 130 gr of potatoes
Add 1 egg
Add a pinch of coriander
Add 1 tsp. to c. garlic
Add 1 tsp. to c. thyme
Add 1 tsp. to s. parsley
Add 1 pinch of savory
Add 2 pinches of curry
And add 1 tsp. to s. paprika
Add 60 gr of beetroot
Add 60 gr of cooked lentils
Mix everything for 20 to 30 seconds
Add 3 tsp. to s. cornstarch and mix
Gradually add the rest of the flour (40 gr) and mix again
Train your steaks by oiling your hands between each
Cover and cook 5-6 min per side over low heat in an oiled and covered pan
