In this video, I share on what led me to starting gym workouts, and some of the key lessons I've learnt in the last 3-4 months that have really created huge mindshifts for me. Working out has become really important to me but I also realised the immense importance of HOW we work out to get the best results for our individual bodies. We'd go over what my workouts consist off, how my eating habits have changed, how much time I have been putting in and the results/changes I've seen so far.

Hopefully this will encourage you, especially if you are entering the perimenopause years to add some exercise to your lifestyle for your health and well being in the next years.
