Hey All and welcome to The Bearded Woodworker. Thank you for stopping by. In this episode I make a bathroom medicine cabinet out of old used fencing boards. These boards were literally out on a fences for years weathering away. After cutting the split ends off and ripping the edges, I yielded some pretty good looking boards.


The backing is a piece of 1/4" plywood, glued nailed and screwed in place which made a great support for the screws that is holding it snugly in place in some 2"x4"s wall studs. I used Sherwin Williams's water based marine grade clear coat to protect it in the bathroom environment.
