Tesla Model S - How to remove dashboard LCD panel and replace it.

My LCD showed air bubbles growing between matrix and glass screen. Tesla asks for more than one thousand € to replace the whole electronic module.
I found that the LCD panel was made by LG Display with the part number LA123WF1(SL)(01) and was able to buy it for 150€ incl. customs and shipping.
