An experienced cook taught me this trick. The perfect fish recipe surprised me

Don't fry the fish, bake it according to this recipe. I've never eaten such delicious fish. This fish recipe has become my favorite recipe. Healthy, tasty and easy. Whenever I have fish, I bake it in the oven according to this recipe. Cook with pleasure! Cook with love!

Recipe and ingredients:

3 fish (pollock).
Cut into large pieces.
Put in a bag or bowl.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
1 teaspoon Provencal herbs.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder.
30 ml sunflower oil.
Rub well with spices.
Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
2-3 onions.
Place the onions on a baking sheet.
Place the fish on the onions.
Cover with damp baking paper and bake at 190°C for 30-35 minutes.
3-4 medium-sized potatoes.
Add water.
Rinse well.
Dry well with a towel or paper towel.

2-3 tablespoons tomato sauce.
dill
3 cloves garlic
Cups of water Kepechoni
A pinch of black pepper.
Mix well.
Any vegetable oil.
Fry on medium/high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Flip over and bake on low heat for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
Mmm delicious.
