Hello mga Ka-Zimple, this is my 16th Recipe to share.

Zimple Ngredients:
1 Kg Pork meat (Tenderloin part) / You can use also chicken or beef meat 1/4 kg pork liver (fine chopped)
600 ml pineapple juice
1 tablespoon pickle relish
3 tablespoon soy sauce
2 big size onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black ground pepper
2 tablespoon butter / cooking oil
100g Kraft cheddar cheese (grated)
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 sachet / 200g Tomato sauce
