Advice

Ingredients for Pineapple Cookies
10 grams of flour, 6 grams of filling, a total of 22 dough recipes

● 110 g all-purpose wheat flour (9% protein flour)
● 40 g icing sugar
● Corn starch 15 g.
● 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
● Sunflower Oil 50-53 g.

● Pineapple jam

Egg wash
● 1 egg yolk
● 1 teaspoon of oil
● Food coloring, or without.


First round, bake at 140° C. 15 minutes. After baking, do not turn off the oven.
Bake the second round at 140° C. 5 minutes.
