Ingredients
Chicken marinade
-2 chicken breast
-1 tsp salt (or to taste)
-½ tsp pepper
-1 tsp cayenne pepper
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp Italian seasoning
-2 tbsp olive oil

Alfredo sauce
-1/4 cup unsalted butter
-½ onion
-1 tbsp minced garlic
-1 tsp salt (or to taste)
-½ tsp pepper
-1 tsp chili flakes
-1 tsp Italian seasoning
-2 tbsp all purpose flour
-2 cups whole milk
-1 cup double cream
-1 cup grated cheese
-2 cups spinach

For assembly

-8-10 lasagna sheets
-1 cup mozarella
-Freshly chopped parsley for seasoning
