Carlton is a service driven, result oriented financial service specialist with over 15 Years’ experience in the financial sector. He is currently the Country Manager of Carib Cash Jamaica Ltd. He has a solid background in the field of banking and financial service and has operated at varying levels during his career.

Carlton is motivational leader with a service driven mind-set, he has worked in the Credit Union movement for over 11 years and have occupied several roles. Roles spanning from Customer Service Management, Credit Solutions, Delinquency Management and Marketing Coordinator.

A mentor and leadership coach, Carlton is the Founder and CEO of the Live to Give Jamaica Foundation; a non-profit charitable organization which impacts lives by providing food, mentorship and educational assistance to those who are in need.
