Late video, but alas, another Japanese meal made at home. One of my favorites! I had my first try of Yakitori in Hawaii at this little shop called Glad Yakitori over by the zoo in Waikiki/Kapahulu area and I was HOOKED! I knew I had to learn how to make it, so this was my first go at it! I hope you enjoy and try to make some at home as well!
