This song was popularized by Vaiyasaki Dasa’s 1983 album “Transcendence.” It is originally rendered in Raga Darbari Kanhada in Tintal.



There are some variations from the commonly heard rendition.



In Verse 2: “lo’ye rādhā vāme giri braja dhāme (seen in Verse 3 above)” vs. “śrī rādhā priyatama jāgo hṛdaye mama (seen in Verse 2 above).”



In Verse 3: “ogo nani chor” vs. “eso nani chor.”
