Over Mountains into Valleys is a 28 part video of one days ride in South West Norway.
Its a trip that I pretty much do every year.
Around 500km in one day may be a lot, but with 8.5 hours on the bike in fantastic warm weather and not least in a fantastic country that we live in, it doesn't hurt to enjoy the road.
The tour starts at home in Sandnes of goes up to Hunnedalen and then Sirdal.
Then over Suleskard and down to Valle.
The trip then goes down the entire Setesdalen to Evje and then into Kristiansand.
From Kristiansand the road takes me to Mandal and then towards Flekkefjord.
After Flekkefjord, the trip goes to Moi and then home to Sandnes.
If you have time, I highly recommend this ride.
Either solo, two up, with or without accommodation.
