Aloo Dum Ingredients
১ কেজি আলু / 1 kg Potato
৩০০ মিলি সরষের তেল / 300ml Mustard Oil
১ চা চামচ জিরে / 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
২ টি পিঁয়াজ কুঁচি / 2 ea Onions (finely chopped)
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt To Taste
২ টি টমেটো বাটা / 2 ea Tomatoes (pureed)
৪ চা চামচ কাঁচা লঙ্কা বাটা / 4 tsp Green Chilli Paste
১ চা চামচ আদা রসুন বাটা / 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
১ টি কাঁচা লঙ্কা কুঁচোন / 1 ea Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
১/২ কাপ টক দই / 1/2 cup Yogurt
১ চা চামচ তেল / 1 tsp Oil
১/২ চা চামচ জিরে / 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
১ চা চামচ লাল লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
১ চা চামচ ধনে গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Coriander Powder
১/২ চা চামচ গরম মশলা / 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 sachet (6 g) MAGGI Masala-ae-Magic
১/২ কাপ কুঁচোন ধনেপাতা / 1/2 cup Fresh Coriander Leaves (For Garnish)
