The sixth installment of the shared universe and sequel to War titled War 2 was announced by Yash Raj Films on 4 April 2023, with Hrithik Roshan reprising his role as Kabir. The film will be directed by Ayan Mukerji.
The film also stars N. T. Rama Rao Jr. and Kiara Advani.
 It will mark Rama Rao's debut in Hindi cinema and Advani's introduction to the Spy Universe. Principal photography commenced in October 2023.It is scheduled for theatrical release on 14 August 2025.
