in this video i will try to elaborate complete procedure of partition of agricultural land or division of land under land revenue act. what mode will revenue officer adopt if an application for partituon of agricultural land is submitted before him normally there would be 2 types of questions before starting partition firstly question of title of agricultural land, secondly, question as to mode of partition. what procedure will revenue officer adopt to decide both said types of question. hopefully this video will cover alegal aspects.
