You told us you enjoyed our adventure in a Victorian dump, so we've come along to an Edwardian bottle dump not too far from Scotland's capital city, Edinburgh! Truth be told, while we were finding so many amazing things we found a small bottle, marked Duncan Flockhart & Co - a manufacturing Chemist, that dates to 1816... perhaps this dump goes back to the reign of Edward III - the Mad King of England!! Craig says a little about that Chemist and how they played a central part in the development of modern surgical anesthetics, back when Edinburgh was at the centre of modern medicine.

But that really is only the start!! We find beautiful ceramics, a lovely cotton reel ink well, an ink well with pen stand, and lots of little, tiny bottles - the smallest has the word 'London' embossed on one side, the other is impossible to read! What could it say? Is it another insulin bottle or medical vial?

What else have the bottle diggers left for us in their spoil heaps? Nicole finds an amazing Mellins bottle and Craig tells you about their incredible Victorian publicity stunts - including Stanley Spencer's air balloon flight over London!!

We find some great embossed Codd bottles - and an amazing first find for us, we will say much more about that on Sunday! We have an extra film for you on Sunday with all the tiny treasures we found!

Its such a satisfying way to spend an afternoon... incredible finds, history, surrounded by nature sounds - though here, not far from Edinburgh we are interrupted by a sound we never hear on this channel - the sound of aircraft on a flight path to the cities airport! Mudlarking around here in this bottle diggers dream dump, we hardly hear it!

Don't miss Sunday's video - its not jewellery making, its a treasure hunt packed with some of the best tiny finds we have ever made!

Craft videos will be back next Sunday, when Craig shows you how to cut down bottles for crafting! Its a real eye opener!

We hope you enjoyed today's video... Thank you so much!
