We did our 22nd Discover Scuba Dive in Puerto Vallarta at Los Arcos, right outside the the Arch area. The water visibility was not the greatest but we managed to see fish and starfish that we've never seen diving in the Caribbean. Of course the water color is green compared to the Caribbean, which makes it hard to get a great video. I hope you enjoy it anyhow.
