25 sheets of phyllo dough

For the filling;
60 ml of oil
1 onion
500 g minced meat
2 tablespoons currants
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

For the sauce;
100 g butter
200 ml milk
125 ml oil
