These Chilli cheese fries are extremely addictive! Crispy chips(fries) topped with a luscious and rich cheese sauce, and creamy mayonnaise. Homemade sweet pickled Jalapeños bring some fiery heat and crunch to this epic meal.

Recipe
∙ Potatoes
∙ Cooking oil for frying
∙ salt

Cheese sauce
∙ Butter
∙ 500ml Cream
∙ 1½ cup Gouda cheese
∙ White pepper
∙ Slurry( 2 tablespoons flour ¼cup cold milk)

Sweet Pickled Jalapeños
∙ 200g Jalapeños
∙ 1cup white vinegar
∙ ½cup white sugar
∙ Sea salt 2% of total weight: Jalapeños + pickle liquid (Multiply 0.02 with the total weight)
