Katori Chat is an indian street food made by turning a roti into katori by frying it and moulding it into a shape of bowl which then is filled with veggies like cucumber, onion, tomato, pomegranate, fried potato, cilantro, sev, and spices like chat masala, cumin powder, black pepper powder etc.
It is then garnished with yogurt, sev and cilantro. This dish is both comforting to both stomach and tastebuds as well. This dish is among the most favourite dishes among indian Street foodlovers.
