Kemi Badenoch and Robert Jenrick will contest the Conservative Party leadership after James Cleverly was surprisingly knocked out of the race.

Mr Cleverly was the frontrunner on Tuesday, having won yesterday's round of voting.

But he bagged just 37 votes on Wednesday, behind Ms Badenoch, who received the backing of 42 MPs, and Robert Jenrick, who got 41 votes.
