Besan 1 cup (Garbanzo Beens flour)
Laal mirch 1/4tsp (red chilli powder)
Haldi powder 1/4tsp (turmeric powder)
Namak 1/4tsp (salt)
Ajwain 1/4tsp (carom seeds)
Baking soda 1 pinch
Dahi 3tbs (Yoghurt)
Oil 1tsp

Sarson oil 3-4tbs (mustard oil)
Zeera 1/2tsp (Cumin seeds)
Hing 1/4tsp (Asafoetida)
Pyaz 2 (onion)
Lassan paste 1tsp (garlic paste)
Adrak paste 1tsp (ginger paste)
Tamatar 3 (tomatoes)
Dhaniya powder 2tsp (coriander powder)
Haldi powder 1/2tsp (Turmeric powder)
Laal mirch powder 1tsp (red chilli powder)
Dahi 1/4 cup (yoghurt)
Namak (salt)
Kasuri methi 1tsp (Dry fenugreek leaves)
Cream 1/4 cup
Garam masala powder 1/2tsp (All spices powder)
Hara Dhaniya (Green coriander)
