Cashews are one of the most favoured yet expensive nuts available in the market. Well, who doesn't love the buttery flavour mixed with mild sweetness and that crunchy texture of the Cashews? The taste enhances when these cute nuts are tossed and roasted with Salt! But grabbing a packet full of Salted Cashews from the market sometimes costs more than the raw/unsalted ones. In this video, we have shown you how easy it is to prepare Salted Cashews at home like a pro! The best part is this recipe doesn't need a lot of your precious time - your favourite party snacks will be ready in 2 - 3 minutes! Here's how -

Ingredients:
1. Cashew Nuts – 250gm
2. Ghee – 1tbsp
3. Black Salt – 1tsp
4. Enough Salt for roasting

Method:
First, dry roast the Cashew nuts in Salt | Once they all turn a little golden in colour turn the flame off | And separate the Cashews from the Salt through a normal kitchen strainer | Now heat 1tbsp Ghee on a pan | Transfer the Cashews into it | Give them a toss until they are coated well | Sprinkle some Black Salt from the top | And your Roasted Salty Cashews are ready
