Today we'll be talking to Jason an FNP working full-time at a reproductive health clinic who wants to venture out on his own and stop working for others, he recently started an IV hydration business that's moving slowly and Jason comes to the show looking for help on how to grow his patient volume and make his practice successful.

In this episode, we remember that some areas are not really interested in some services and that's why you shouldn't be afraid to pivot on what you provide, either by changing the services you offer or including new ones. You have to listen to the people and provide what they need, in some instances, it might be difficult to change your practice's focus if you've built it around a specific service line but changing your services to cover the needs of the area you're in will be more profitable and will allow you to grow your business, don't be afraid to pivot!.
