Oh my god, everyone is looking for this recipe! A brilliant trick that will change the way you prepare delicious beef shank snacks. My grandmother taught me this trick/technique. Cooking recipe and ingredients:

3.5 kg beef shank.
Fill with water.
Bring the water to a boil.
Remove foam.

Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 2.5 hours.

1 carrot.
Black peppercorns.
2 bay leaves.
Cook over low heat for another 1 hour.
Separate meat from bones.
Grind the meat into fibers.

Strain the broth through a sieve.
Allow the broth to cool completely.
6 cloves of garlic.
Add 400-450 ml of broth.
Mix well.
Pour 150 ml of stock into the bottom of the glass bowl.

Pour in 150 ml stock.
Place in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
200 ml vegetable oil.
1 egg.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon sugar.
1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon mustard.
1 teaspoon of vinegar 9%.
Mix well with a mixer.
Pour into a cup.
Add 1 teaspoon gelatin.
Mix well.
Pour the prepared sauce onto the surface.
Place in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
Place the meat on the surface.
Pour the broth over the meat until it is completely covered.
Place in the refrigerator overnight.
150 g rocket salad.
1 cucumber.
Chop 4 radishes.
1 avocado.
2 tomatoes.
Chop parsley.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon oregano.
1 teaspoon mustard.
1 tablespoon grape vinegar.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Mix all ingredients well.
Our delicious light salad is ready.
