In this video I explain how to make the best vegan burgers. It looks like a beef burger. Very nutritious since they are made with beans or lentils, chickpea and oats. They are ideal to make a delicious sandwich.
🔶INGREDIENTS
🔸1 and ½ cup black beans (you can replace with lentils)
🔸1 and ½ cup chickpeas
🔸4 portobellos
🔸1 cup oatmeal
🔸½ cup of water
🔸 Small piece of beet
🔸1 tbsp of manidoca starch
🔸1 tbsp nutritional yeast
🔸1 tbsp of liquid smoke
🔸 Salt and pepper
