Annatto has been traditionally used as both a coloring and flavoring agent in various cuisines from Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia countries.
I usually use Annato oil for grilled chicken, stir fries or fried rices
Ingredient:
150ml vegetable oil
35g Annatto seeds
A clove of garlic ( ~10gram)
Optional but garlic gives very good flavor to the oil
