IN THIS VIDEO we attended a Gastronomic Gala hosted at the Lake Chapala Society in Ajijic, Mexico of dishes created and prepared by the students of the local "Instituto de Tecnologica de Jalisco (Chapala)." The event, dishes and paired drinks were entirely created by the students as a part of their FINAL EXAM! The pride taken in the food, the event and even service was astounding. So much delicious food and GENEROUS portions of alcohol! LOL. We hope this shows a different side of Ajijic with some elevated and delicious cuisine, and gala type events! There's something for everyone here!
