رجل أعمال أردني -روسي، تخصّص في هندسة التكرير والبترول. بنى ما يعرف بـ "أمبراطورية المناصير" واختار لها شعار "الشمس الساطعة". وهي مظلّة لثلاث عشرة شركة تعمل في مجال بناء الطرق وصناعة الألمنيوم والعيادات الطّبية ومحطات البترول وأنابيب الغاز. حلّ في المرتبة السادسة عشرة عربيًا بحسب قائمة "مجلة فوربس" لأثرياء العرب. وهو يبدو قبلة انظار المافيات إذ كاد أن يتحوّل إلى ضحّية في العام ٢٠١٥.
