INGREDIENTS:-
250gm Sago ( साबूदाना) Dry roast the sabudana and grind into fine powder.
3 sweetpotato boild (शकरकंद)
6 tbsp Jaggery powder ( गुड)
1/2tsp Green Cardamom powder (ईलायचि)
Mix all above Ingredients with warm water make like a soft dough.
Heat the oil in a deep fry pan
Make dumplings (small lemon size gulgule) and deep fry it serve with curd .
