First of all, we boil a liter of water to cook the pasta. When it starts to boil, we add 1 teaspoon (10 grams) of salt and mix. We add half a pack (250 gr) of pasta on it and mix it for a round and leave it to cook. We will cook it for 7-8 minutes by boiling with the mouth open.
While the pasta is cooking, we start preparing the sauce. We pour 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil into the pan and fry 1 chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Meanwhile, when our pasta is cooked, we separate its water and drain it. We add 1 tablespoon (20 grams) of butter on top of the roasted ingredients. After the butter melts, we add 2 tablespoons (80 grams) of tomato paste and roast it. Then I add 1 teaspoon of chili pepper, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper and 1 teaspoon of thyme. When the spices are mixed well, we add 1 cup (200 ml) cream and half a glass (100 ml) of pasta water and mix again. Finally, we add 100 grams of cheddar or mozzarella cheese and mix until it melts. We add the macaroni to the sauce we prepare and mix them well and serve. Enjoy your meal.
