David Hemenway, Professor of Health Policy, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, describes the research that’s been done on gun ownership and violent deaths. Hemenway says there’s evidence that a gun in the home increases the likelihood of a suicide within the household by nearly three-fold.
