A very unhinged video of me trying (and somewhat succeeding) at installing PROFS on a VM/IS system. This is definitely not representative of real hardware (no VM/IS systems would have ever ran on 3380s, for example), but, nonetheless, I did get PROFS to mostly work! Yes, I know the reader module is ABENDing, I'll have to probably debug it or find a different (older) CMS release to try it on. I also touched briefly on SQL/DS, I still need to fix that, and, the "diet ISPF" version included.

I know I didn't touch on VTAM, RSCS, PVM, VM TCP/IP, or any of that -- I'll do all of that in the next video! The first videos on this channel are a tour of OfficeVision/VM; I'm definitely gonna make a followup to those with a network of OV/VM and PROFS, not to mention FunetNJE on UNIX and JNET on VMS (both of which can cope with PROFS/OV notes).

Before you ask, no, I don't have OV/MVS :(

Next up: VM/IS: VTAM, SNA, and PVM networking, with other stuff.

If for whatever reason the music matching thing doesn't work like it should, the music is the Ultraviolet album stream produced by usedcvnt -- good classic new-day breakcore! The songs in this video are produced by and copyrighted by them.
