Hello and welcome to The Key, the podcast for field teams and the people who lead them. I’m Torben, and I am a vehicle reimbursement expert here at Cardata. Today I’m joined by Jennifer McClure, a Keynote Speaker, the CEO of Unbridled Talent, and the Chief Excitement Officer DisruptHR. Jennifer has had a long and successful career in human resources, and we are really lucky to get to speak with her today about how you can be a change-leader in your workplace. The workplace is evolving and changing faster than ever, and so embracing change is necessary, but it can also be scary. Today, we’ll get into how you can overcome your fears of change, and even become the champion for the positive changes your organization needs to embrace in order to keep up with the accelerating marketplace.
