Low pressure spring works in range of about 40-120psi
High pressure spring works in range of about 80-200psi

Pressure below 110psi should only be used in SDiK kits. PDiK kits should be run with the pressure of at least 120psi and lowering fps can be achieved there by using volume reducers.
