・4 pieces chikuwa
・4 green peppers
・2 tsp soy sauce
・1 tbsp mirin
・1 tbsp sake
・1/2 tsp sugar
・1/2 tsp dashi stock
・1 chili pepper
・1/2 tbsp white sesame
・1/2 tbsp sesame oil

・60g kinpira
・1/4 onion
・1 tbsp mayonnaise
・1/2 tsp grated ginger
・1g bonito flakes
