Assalamu'alaikum, yang punya stok putih telur di kulkas bisa coba di bikin brownies aja ya, rasanya enak lembut banget

Brownies kukus putih telur
Loyang 20×20×7cm
Bisa juga pakai loyang 24×24×7cm
atau 26×26 cm

Lelehkan :
135 gr dcc
165 ml minyak goreng

Bahan kering :
160 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
25 gr susu bubuk
50 gr coklat bubuk
1/2 sdt baking powder

500 ml putih telur, jika dari kulkas diamkan sampai suhu ruang baru di mixer
1/4 sdt garam
1/2 sdt vanilla susu ( boleh pakai vanilli bubuk biasa atau pasta vanilla )
250 gr gula pasir
1 sdt sp

Isian Dan toping ( boleh di skip kalo tdk suka atau takut kemanisan )
