It is good to be back in my hometown of Pontianak! There are so many legendary Chinese Teochew food here that have been existing for generations. It all started when many Chinese migrated and settled into this city for a better life, including my great grandfather who started to sell one of the dishes we can still find today: Teochew fish porridge. Definitely a must try!
