Chef Joe cooking with care all the menu without MSG (Monosodium glutamate) and using himalayan sea salt to cook and using fresh local seafood ingredient from Songkhla beach.

The food taste
The seafood noodle and the crab meat scrambled egg was very good and the seafood ingradient very fresh which of ingradient not so good chef Joe will inform us before he cook so not feel dissapointed.
If you love to eat more the seafood noodle you can get extra noodles until you full stomuch but if you love crab meat scrambled egg you have to order extra 2-3 plate because portion a bit small

For seafood lover here you will like the seafood noodle.
