Not all my cookery turns out perfect, sometimes things go wrong and sometimes I make MISTAKES! I've been making this Lemon Butter Cake recipe for decades and never had it fail BUT turn on the camera and anything can happen. In this case the cake stuck to the bottom of the tin despite being well buttered and when I forced it out it broke...
But I saved it! Well... not visually but it certainly tasted great!
