USWNT co-captain and NWSL Orlando Pride star striker, Alex Morgan and Team USA are captured live on the way to Good Morning America ("GMA") on July 9th, 2019, where they discussed their journey to capture their second straight Women's World Cup ("WWC") and their fourth overall in franchise history. The US women defeated the Netherlands 2-0 in the tournament final held at Stade de Lyon in France on July 7th, 2017. Morgan earned the silver boot as the second top goal scorer, being level on six goals and three assists with Megan Rapinoe ("Pinoe") but having played more minutes (the tiebreaker).
