He Stand around 15.2 hand and weighing around 1200 lbs and has the confirm to go with it. Sarge turns heads wherever he goes. He has a nice handle, has been used up in the mountains gathering cattle and for lesser riding down the trails. He has been exposed to various different things around the ranch (Tarps, whips, dogs ect..) and handles them and any thing else you throw at him with ease. He has been trained to lay down when asked. He has a very soft slow lope or can stride out. Sarge knows his leads and picks them up with no problem. Sarge comes from great bloodlines if you’re looking to show him. His Dad (Vs Code Blue) has succeeded in several show disciples. As well as his grandma ( Vital Signs are Good) is one of the most decorated mares in the AQHA hall of fame. Sarge rides very level headed and will excel in any discipline you choose. This gelding is bread to preform and has the parents and grandparents to prove it. Although sarge may have been bred for the show world don’t let that fool you. Sarge still knows how to put on the work cloths and get a job done. We have doctored calves, used him up hunting in the high country and around the ranch for play days. We get lots of compliments on Sarge when out riding and everyone is amazed at his is calm quiet demeanor. Sarge has been used as a lesson horse for my 5 year old son, packed around inexperienced riders all the way up to a good cowhand that needed to get a job done. Sarge is a pleasure to be around and the first one to meet you at the gate. He will ride in a group or out on his own and is happy to go any speed his rider asks.
