In today's self improvement video I'm sharing when self help is toxic, from a Christian perspective. I'm all for reading personal development books but there are at least four common themes in these books that you need to be cautious of, especially as a Christian.

Side note: this video is not intended to downplay your value to your family, society or God...it's simply putting things into perspective that without God, none of us could do anything and without God and Jesus, none of us will have eternal life in Heaven.
