Hi everybody, in today's video I'll be sharing my most recent experience with Louis Vuitton which was crazy! I bought my Buci in Paris and have always stood by the quality and durability of this bag, but maybe I jinxed myself haha. After some issues with the plaque, I brought my bag in for a potential repair and was NOT expecting this. At the end of the day I ended up walking out with a new bag which is insane!
