2 eggplants
4 eggs
1 onion
vegetable oil
1 pepper
Spring onion
Sweet peppers
60 grams of mozzarella for pizza

For dough
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Salt
pepper
2 tbsp flour

For the sauce
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt pepper
dill
Provencal herbs
