‘Aam Tel’ is a traditional Bengali mango pickle in mustard oil. Very easy to make. It can be stored for many years. The tangy flavor of the mango and the sharpness of the mustard oil makes it a unique pickle. Every family has their own favorite or special recipes and this one is mine. My grandmother makes it this way. In this video, I have shown the right way to make a mango pickle. I have shared all the tips with which you can make the perfect mango pickle at the home for the first time. This is enjoyed as a side dish with rice, roti, or puffed rice (muri). It’s also used in 'jhaal muri' a famous street food of Kolkata.

Ingredients
raw mango 1 kg
mustard oil 1 ltr
salt 1 tbsp
turmeric ½ tsp
cumin seeds 1 tbsp
coriander seeds 1 tbsp
methi ½ tsp
dried red chilli 9 pcs
panch phoron 1 tbsp
