ANNUAL PRIZE DISTRIBUTION CEREMONY HELD AT CDA MODEL SCHOOL ISLAMABAD
Mr. Irfan Nawaz Memon, Administrator MCI and Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, graced the occasion of 36th Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony of CDA Model School as chief guest here on Thursday. High officials of MCI also attended the ceremony. They were warmly welcomed by the staff and the students.
The ceremony started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Homage was paid to the Holy Prophet. The principal Ms Fadia Shamim presented the welcome aaddress . Later the students presented colourful performances and songs.
Position holders of the Inter House Competitions, SSC Annual Exams, the students who showed best performance in discipline, behavior, cleanliness and the most regular students of the session were awarded trophies and prizes.
Gold Medal was awarded to Malaika Ikhtiar for securing 1st position in school in SSC II Exams 2022. Arfa Kareem award was received by Aman Iqbal for standing 1st in SSC I exam. Mirha Mehtab was adjudged the All Round Best Student of the year 2021-22 and Malaika Noor, the Best Athelete. Muhammad Ayan was adjudged The All Round Best Student in Junior Section.
Academic and Co-curricular trophies were won by Iqbal house and Noor Jahan house. Sports trophies were bagged by Jinnah and Razia Sultana houses.
The principal presented school insignia to the chief guest.
While addressing the audience the chief guest admired the efforts and performance of the students and the staff. He said that the students are the future nation builders and they must work hard for the progress and the prosperity of the country.
